Today I am sharing three masculine cards using Stampin Up Under the Moon stamp set from the 2024 Annual Catalogue. This stand alone stamp set really appeared to me for it’s gorgeous imagery, textured stamping effect and the possibility for masculine cards.

Here’s a look at the Stampin Up Under the Moon stamp set. It’s a stand alone stamp set, and is reasonably priced at just $35 in Australia.

For my first card I have kept it very simple using a colour combination I had wanted to try with one of the new 2024 InColors, Summer Splash.

Here’s my colour combination.

One thing I really like about this stamp set is the way the texture, dimension and depth of colour is built into the stamp. This makes it super easy to get a great result.

My second card uses the stamp set in a completely different way. I have also added in the Frosted Forest dies (die cut in black). These are one of the online exclusives from July.

Firstly, I started with a piece of Basic White cardstock and used blending brushes to add Night of Navy ink around the edges. I left a lighter area where the moon was going to go. After I finished blending, I flicked some water onto the blended cardstock using a water painter.

Secondly, the moon was stamped in Basic Beige ink onto Basic Beige cardstock, cut out with a circle punch and then adhered flat to the card front.

Next I stamped one cloud directly onto the card and the other onto a scrap of Misty Moonlight cardstock. I then fussy cut that cloud and added it with Dimensionals. Finally I added the die cuts from Frosted Forest and the sentiment (from Simply Said stamp set).

My final card features the dolphins and a different colour scheme of Gray Granite, Peach Pie and Blackberry Bliss.
