Stampin’ Up! Masterfully Made Suite and Petal Park Builder Punch

I love a bit of vintage style in my cardmaking so I had lots of fun with today’s card using the Stampin’ Up! Masterfully Made Suite from the 2023 Annual Catalogue. I have also used the Petal Park Builder Punch.

Firstly, let’s talk about the layers. My background card is Fresh Freesia, and that beautiful piece of floral paper comes from the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper Pack (12 sheets of 12×12″ double sided designs). I have used Fresh Freesia for the flowers and Lost Lagoon for the leaves. This suite lends itself to tearing and distressing so I punch out the flowers and leaves and literally screwed them up in tight balls and worked them around a bit in my hands to get the vintage distressed look. This is a great papercraft technique if you like vintage style projects. These were layered and attached to the handmade card using Dimensionals.

The centre of the flowers are adhesive gems from the Tinsel Gem Three Pack in the Annual Catalogue. I LOVE these gems and they coordinate perfectly with the Stampin’ Up! Masterfully Made Suite. Additionally I have used a white bakers twine bow amongst the flowers (it would have made more sense to add this befor the flowers, but hey, details!).

A handmade thank you card using the Stampin' Up! Masterfully Made suit and Gorgeously made bundle from the 2023 Annual Catalogue.

For the centre of the card, I have die cut a piece of Basic White using the Countryside Corners Dies, and randomly stamped the script stamp from Gorgeously Made stamp set (oops to the upside down stamping – don’t tell anyone, ok?). I also used a sponge dauber to sponge some Night of Navy Ink on the outside, I don’t always sponge the edges but this vintage distressed style of card called for it I thought.

Finally I have stamped my sentiment in black ink and attached it with Dimensionals to a piece of torn Masterfully Made DSP which slightly overlaps the Countryside Corners die cut. lastly I just popped a white twine bow between the flowers.
