Today I have a Stampin Up Humble Home bundle Christmas card to share with you. This is for week 12 of my Stampin’ Up! team’s Heart of Christmas Blog Hop.

I’ve been totally in love with the Stampin’ Up! Humble Home bundle. I have made lots of 2024 Christmas cards using this cute little house. There is something about a cottage and a Christmas tree that evokes warm and happy emotions for me. Are you the same?

Ingredients for my Stampin Up Humble Home Card
To make this card, you will need (all products available from my online store and are linked at the end of the post):
- A Shaded Spruce top folding card base
- Sentimental Christmas Designer Series paper
- Basic White cardstock
- Joyful Images Ephemera Pack (for the decorated tree, or you could stamp a tree)
- Crumb Cake and Early Espresso Ink Pads
- Shaded Spruce and Real Red Stampin’ Blends
- Linen Thread and Drusy Embellishments
Here’s a look at the Humble Home bundle. I like that the bundle is really versatile and can be used for other occasions besides Christmas. I also like the two quite different versions of the house. This punch bundle is also at a cheaper price point than many of our stamp and die bundles – over $20 less in general.

I also really love the old world imagery in the Sentimental Christmas DSP. It was perfect for this card. This is also Stampin’ Up!’s Give Back product from the current mini catalogue. $4.25 from each pack sold will be donated to organisations benefiting children’s literacy around the world (including Australia).

Tips to make this card.

This is a very easy card to make. Here’s some tips:
- Cut you DSP layer 1cm (or 1/2″) smaller than your card front on all sides.
- The Basic White cardstock piece is 6.8cm (or 2 3/4″) high and the same with as the card. I added a thin mat of Shaded Spruce cardstock at top and bottom.
- Prior to adhering the tree ephemera piece, I used a blending brush to add a very light layer of Pool Party ink around the centre. This was designed to bring the collection of images together and serve as a sky background.
- The tree is just adhered straight to the cardstock, but the house is popped up with Dimensionals.
- It’s easiest to stamp the greeting before you add the house or Linen Thread.
- The wreath on the house was stamped in Early Espresso, and I just coloured it with the Shaded Spruce and Real Red Stampin’ Blends, directly over the Crumb Cake brick stamping.

I hope you like today’s card. Now it’s time to see what the rest of the Art with Heart team are making. Next we are visiting the lovely Christine Blain.

I totally agree, Claire.
The combination of cottage and a Christmas tree evokes warm and happy emotions for me too and you’ve combined them beautifully on this homely Christmas card.
Just gorgeous.
This is indeed the sweetest bundle, and yes – a little house, and a Christmas tree, is very emotive! I like how you’ve drawn the vintagey neutrals from the background paper for the colouring of the house, and subtle sky, Claire, and your choice of embellishment is lovely.
Beautiful card Claire, you little house works perfectly with the traditional Sentimental Christmas paper
Lovely card, Claire. I’ve been struggling to create with these papers, but yours really sets the scene with your cute little brick house in front, almost tempting us to come inside. Love those Drusy embellishments & Linen Thread wrapped around!
Sweet card, Claire. The brick house works well with the paper and you cleverly connected them together with the tree. I haven’t succumbed to this bundle, but it is tempting!
