Stampin’ Up! Calm and Bright Kit Alternatives for Christmas 2025

Hello crafty friends. Today I have some alternative designs using the Stampin’ Up! Calm and Bright Kit which was one of the 2025 Christmas kits. This is for our Art with Heart team Heart of Christmas (HOC) blog hop. We are up to week 12 which is our second last week.

Here are my two alternative cards.

Stampin’ Up! Calm and Bright Kit Alternatives Card 1

To make my first card, we are using the beautiful big Merry Christmas stamp that I used last week. This time it is embossed in silver.

To make the rest of the card:

  • Emboss a Basic White card front with the So Swirly 3D Embossing Folder
  • Cut the embossed sentiment out with the Branching Out Dies and adhere with Dimensionals
  • Splatter with some Wink of Stella for extra shine
  • Cluster some die cuts from the kit in bottom left and top right.
  • Tie a silver metallic thread bow top right.
  • Add some clear Rhinestone Jewel embellishments.

Stampin’ Up! Calm and Bright Kit Alternatives Card 2

Here is my second card. I love how this one turned out! I had a Secret Sea Everyday Arch die cut left over from another project and went from there.

To make this card:

  • Emboss a Bubble Bath basic card front with the Exposed Brick embossing folder.
  • Splatter Wink of Stella over the Secret Sea Everyday Arch and adhere to the card front.
  • Die cut some of the trees from Scenic Adventure dies. I used the Peaceful Garden Glimmer paper and the bigs ones are die cut in Silver/Light Green, and the small ones are die cut in the dark blue (very similar to Secret Sea). They are just adhered to the arch directly.
  • Then attach the die cut cottage with mini Dimensionals.
  • Finally add your sentiment and clear Rhinestone Jewels.

Now it’s time to check out the other creations from the Art with Heart team. Next up we have Rachel Woollard.
