Paper Pumpkin September 2026 Alternatives: Aspens of Gratitude

by | Sep 19, 2026 | Uncategorized | 1 comment

Hello crafty friends. I had a crafty play day with some friends during the week, so I had a chance to play with the September 2026 Aspen’s of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin Kit. In addition to a couple made using the instructions, I also made four alternative Christmas card designs. This kit is perfect to pivot to Christmas cards.

Here’s a look at the two as intended with the instructions, although I did add the deer in.

Then here are my four alternative Christmas designs. I will show them individually below.

Paper Pumpkin September 2026 Alternatives

Lets have a look at each of the four alternative designs individually.

Card 1

To make this first card, you will need to:

  • Foil a sheet of the Christmas sentiments from the Magical Christmas Hot Foil Dies in gold foil on Early Espresso cardstock. Adhere the sentiment shown with Dimensionals.
  • Stamp one of the deer from Welcome Noel stamp set in Early Espresso.
  • Die cut one of the small cottages from Welcome Noel die in Early Espresso with a Crumb Cake backing. Adhere with Dimensionals over a double linen thread bow.
  • Add three Gold Adhesive Backed Dots with placement as shown.

Card 2

To make the second alternative Aspens of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin card you will need to:

  • Add the foiled embellishment (from the same sheet you prepared for card 1) with Dimensionals over a double linen thread bow.
  • Stamp one of the deer from Welcome Noel stamp set in Early Espresso.
  • Add three Gold Adhesive Backed Dots with placement as shown.

Card 3

To make the third card you just need to:

  • Add the foiled embellishment (from the same sheet you prepared for card 1) with Dimensionals over a double linen thread bow.
  • Stamp two of the deer from Welcome Noel stamp set in Early Espresso.
  • Add three Gold Adhesive Backed Dots with placement as shown.

Card 4

To make the final alternative September 2026 Paper Pumpkin card you need to:

  • Stamp one of the deer from Welcome Noel stamp set in Early Espresso.
  • Die cut one of the large cottages from Welcome Noel die in Early Espresso with a Crumb Cake backing. Adhere with Dimensionals.
  • Die cut a wreath in Mossy Meadow and add to the attic window on the cottage.
  • Add the foiled embellishment (from the same sheet you prepared for card 1) with Dimensionals on the right side section and just adhered to the cottage on the left.
  • Add three Gold Adhesive Backed Dots with placement as shown.

I hope you have enjoyed these cards.
