If you love being creative, why not join Stampin Up Australia and be part of this fabulous global community? When you become a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, you start your own crafty journey with a company dedicated to creating community, encouraging creative experiences, and helping others. Additionally you will enjoy benefits like early access to new and exclusive products, discounts, and an opportunity to earn a modest supplemental income.

You can join Stampin Up! Australia from any state or region (we have a big active team that’s been growing for over 17 years so plenty of friends and support here). We welcome cardmakers, scrapbookers and papercrafters who would like to join purely for their own discount and benefits. If you would like to teach classes, or sell products for a supplemental income, or build a team of your own, I can definitely support you with that.

How much does it cost to join Stampin Up Australia?

Just a one off payment of $169, and for that, you get to choose up to $235 of absolutely anything you want from any of our current catalogues or online store including online exclusives and kits.  You also get FREE postage on these starter products, and packs of 8 current paper catalogues. There are no ongoing fees or exit fees and you can drop at any time and keep everything.

In addition to the amazing Starter Kit value outlined above, free postage and free catalogues, you also get:

  • An ongoing 20% discount, with the potential to increase it to 25% and earn additional product credit. You also get all of the same specials that customers get.
  • You get to see and order from the catalogues a month earlier than customers, and enjoy all the same specials as customers (and yes you still get the 20% to 25% off specials).

  • You can stop whenever you want to – no questions asked. You just keep everything and go back to being a customer.
Join Stampin Up Australia - Art with Heart Team Day with Sara Douglass

Team Training Day in Melbourne July 2023 with special guest Sara Douglass, Stampin’ Up! CEO to celebrate 35 years of Stampin’ Up!

What can you and your team offer me if I join with you?

When you join my Australia-wide Art with Heart team (one of Australia’s largest Stampin’ Up! teams), you will benefit from my 17 years as one of Australia’s top demonstrators and team leaders (earning incentive trips, top in country rankings and as high as 13 globally when we had global demonstrator rankings). (Direct Sales Disclaimer: Fewer than 1% of Stampin’ Up!’s demonstrators worldwide achieve this result)

I know I’m only successful because of the collective awesomeness of our lovely team. Being a team leader is the BEST part of what I do and together we have grown a fun, supportive, active and cohesive community. Also, size matters! We have a large group and a great mix of hobby vs demonstrators who choose to teach and sell to others, so you will feel right at home whichever you choose. There are also other successful leaders within the group, so there is an opportunity to be inspired by and learn from many people in the team.

We welcome all kinds of paper-crafters (we don’t just make cards, in fact I started paper-crafting as a scrapbooker). You can decide if you want to join just for yourself, or if you are interested in teaching and selling to others (the joining process is the same for both).

A Warm Welcome and New Crafty Friends

When you join you will be warmly welcomed as we introduce you to the group and we start getting to know each other in-person, by phone or online if needed. I’ll help you settle in and find your way around, and help you work towards whatever it is YOU want to get from Stampin’ Up!.

We love to catch up in-person as much as we can. We have social coffee dates and stamping days, as well as opportunities to connect and play online. You will always find a big group of our team at OnStage events (many of us have already booked for Brisbane, 2025).

Ongoing Support

I’ll continue to be around and in touch! I work from home full time so you know where to find me if you have a question or want to chat. I’m also active on our team forum, via video and I send comprehensive newsletters to my whole team. If you are close enough, we can meet for coffee and social creativity too if you would like to.

If you choose to sell to others or work up through the Stampin’ Up! career plan you will be recognised, celebrated and rewarded for meeting milestones. Even as a hobby demonstrator, you will also have the chance to  maybe win one of our fun team group giveaways just for participating.

If something tricky crops up, I’ll help you work things out! Sometimes when changes get announced you may have some initial questions or concerns. I am a well respected global leader and have a great relationship with Stampin’ Up! staff and other demonstrators. Things I pride myself on include being positive, working towards solutions, acting with integrity and professionalism and supporting demonstrators globally. Being in the leadership groups helps me build resources and relationships which the whole team benefits from.

Creative Inspiration and Sharing

You will be inspired and have the opportunity to inspire us! We love to create together and have a a year round weekly blog hop, and a Christmas weekly blog hop in the second half of the year and all team members are welcome to participate to share their creations. Regular sharing also happens in our team Facebook group.

I love to create and inspire too. Prior to joining Stampin’ Up! I was a published scrapbooker (Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Creations and Scrapbooking Memories) and now also love to make cards and play with inky techniques. All of my direct team members will receive access to my monthly PDF class tutorials, my free customer PDF class and/or videos and anything else I create for customers FREE of charge. You also get access to my tutorial library where there are hundreds of technique and idea tutorials and classes. I also create regular videos.

Opportunities to Give Back

Our team has a really strong desire to give back to others, both through individual team member activities, and through a combined group effort. Last year we had a goods drive to collect warm clothing, hygiene products and basic necessities for children and  families in need through a local charity Big Group Hug. In addition we raised over $1000 for Big Group Hug to purchase equipment for families. Many individual team members are also working on their own giving back products.

I would love you to be part of our warm and welcoming community, so reach out today.

Stampin Up Australian Incentive Trip Achievers 2024

This photo shows the Australian and New Zealand 2024 Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip achievers being recognised at OnStage in Melbourne. 348 demonstrators globally achieved the trip, but this shows the Australian and New Zealand achievers and that’s me 7th from the right.  I am required to tell you that less than 1% of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators achieve the Incentive Tripo Annually.

Before OnStage 2024 in Melbourne, we booked out three tables for a casual team get together. Lots of us have already booked to be in Brisbane for OnStage 2025.

Other FAQ about Joining Stampin' Up! in Australia

How do I join up?

The joining process is all online and is quick and easy. Firstly, I suggest having a look at which products you would like first and write those down. Give me a call on 0412 120 498 if you would like some help in choosing. You pay by credit card during the joining process. Use this direct sign up link to make sure you are joining my team.

Do I have to sell to other people?

No – not at all. Many people choose to join Stampin Up Australia purely for the demonstrator benefits, to be part of the global Stampin’ Up! community and for the great discount. That is totally fine. The joining process is the same, and you are welcomed into our team exactly the same way. YOU decide if you want to also sell to family or friends and we can help you learn about that if you choose. Also you are never locked in to selling or not selling as you can change your mind about that at any time too.

What commitment am I making about ongoing or minimum orders?

I like to be totally transparent about all parts of the demonstrator opportunity. Regardless of whether you have joined for yourself or to earn some additional income, the following apply.

When you join Stampin’ Up! Australia, you will remain an active demonstrator until the end of the first full calendar quarter, even if you don’t purchase anything else. So for example if you join in April, you will stay active until at least the end of September. You can also leave at any time and keep everything.

When you become a demonstrator, you sign the Independent Demonstrator Agreement between you and Stampin’ Up!. In the document, it refers to minimum sales, so let me explain that. After your first quarter (the one you join in), if you want to remain an active demonstrator you need to submit 300CSV (which currently equates to $468 AUD) in each quarter. This is at catalogue price, so before your 20% demonstrator discount is applied (its about $380 after the discount).

When you purchase the starter kit, the calendar quarter you are in on the date you sign up (so January to end of March, April to end of June, July to end of September, or October to end of December) doesn’t count as your first full quarter. Initially, your first full quarter is the one after the quarter you join in (but any sales in your initial joining quarter count towards your full first quarter sales with the exception of your starter kit). If at the end of any quarter you don’t meet your minimum sales amount, you get one month’s grace period (called pending status) in which to make it up. Then if by the end of the pending month there are still minimum sales outstanding, you just drop being a demonstrator and go back to being a customer. There are no exit fees, and you just keep everything and can re-join at any time.

What happens if I change my mind or don’t meet the minimum order level?

You can change your mind or choose to drop as an active demonstrator at any time. The process is to just phone or email demonstrator support and it will be processed, no questions asked. You then just keep everything you have received as a demonstrator and go back to being a customer if you choose. However, judging by how long my team members have been around, I think you will love it staying around!
