Commencing 1st July 2026, Stampin’ Up! have a brand new simple joining process and an exciting extra gift for everyone who joins.

1. First, you select the online joining link of the demonstrator you want to join with. Mine is in the black button link below and spread throughout this page.

2. Secondly, you will be asked to supply a few basic details and pay a one off fee of $175AUD. For this you will receive:

• • an emailed coupon code for $240 to spend on any current Stampin’ Up! product you like. That’s a 27% discount on products right there! If there is more you want to purchase over the $240, you can include it in the same order as when you use your coupon. You will get your demonstrator discount on that portion and the extra counts towards your minimum sales (more on minimum sales later).
  • You will also receive an exclusive Welcome Box will be mailed to you. The Welcome Box is brand new for anyone who joins after 1st July (it’s only given to demonstrators one time, so if you drop and rejoin, you won’t receive the Welcome Box again. The welcome box contains  a note from Sara our CEO, some exclusive Stampin’ Up! logo products and an eight card kit you can make up to send to friends. You can also opt to receive eight free catalogues to be sent with your welcome box.

What commitment am I making about ongoing or minimum orders?

I like to be totally transparent about all parts of the demonstrator opportunity. Regardless of whether you have joined for yourself or to earn some additional income, the following apply.

When you join Stampin’ Up! Australia, you will remain an active demonstrator until the end of the first full calendar quarter, even if you don’t purchase anything else. So for example if you join in July, you will stay active until at least the end of December. You can also leave at any time and keep everything.

• When you become a demonstrator, you sign the Independent Demonstrator Agreement between you and Stampin’ Up!. In the document, it refers to minimum sales, so let me explain that. After your first quarter (the one you join in), if you want to remain an active demonstrator you need to submit 300CSV (which currently equates to $468 AUD) in each quarter. This is at catalogue price, so before your  demonstrator discount is applied. Any orders you place (outside of your $240 coupon) in the quarter you join in, also count to your first quarters sales.
• Stampin’ Up! quarters are calendar quarters, so January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.
• So if at the end of any full quarter you don’t meet your minimum sales amount, you get one month’s grace period (called pending month) in which to make it up. Then if by the end of the pending month there are still minimum sales outstanding, you just drop being a demonstrator and go back to being a customer. There are no exit fees, and you just keep everything. You can also rejoin again after a 45 day waiting period. 
• So f you want to remain a demonstrator beyond the end of your first full quarter, it’s just a matter of meeting the quarterly sales requirements by the end of the month after that quarter ends. Anything you order from the moment you join (over and above the $240 coupon) count towards your minimum sales. 
• You can stay a demonstrator ‘just for yourself’ as long as you choose. We have some ladies in the team who have been doing that for 19+ years.
• If you do decide at any time you would like to share the products with others to take orders, run classes and earn a modest supplemental income, I can help you get started. 
• If you decide at any time it’s not for you, you can just drop naturally at the end of a quarter by not meeting the quarterly minimums, or resign no questions asked at any time (just an email to the Sydney office) and you keep absolutely everything. There are no ongoing or exit fees.

When you join my large Australia-wide Art with Heart team (one of Australia’s largest Stampin’ Up! teams), you will benefit from my 19+ years as one of Australia’s top demonstrators and team leaders. I pretty much started growing my team from the first month I joined, and many of those team members are still with us.

I know I am only successful as a leader because of the collective awesomeness of our lovely team. Being a team leader is the BEST part of what I do and together we have grown a fun, supportive, active and cohesive community. Also, size matters! We have a large group and a great mix of hobby vs demonstrators who choose to teach and sell to others, so you will feel right at home whichever you choose. There are also other successful leaders within the group, so there is an opportunity to be inspired by and learn from many people in the team.

We welcome all kinds of paper-crafters (we don’t just make cards, in fact I started paper-crafting as a scrapbooker). You can decide if you want to join just for yourself, or if you are interested in teaching and selling to others (the joining process is the same for both).

A Warm Welcome and New Crafty Friends

When you join you will be warmly welcomed as we introduce you to the group and we start getting to know each other in-person, by phone or online if needed. I’ll help you settle in and find your way around, and help you work towards whatever it is YOU want to get from Stampin’ Up!.

We love to catch up in-person as much as we can. We have social coffee dates and stamping days, as well as opportunities to connect and play online.

Ongoing Support

I’ll continue to be around and in touch! I work from home during the day so you know where to find me if you have a question or want to chat. I’m also active on our team forum, via video and I send regular newsletter, plus tutorials and PDF classes to my direct team members. If you are close enough, we can meet for coffee and social creativity too if you would like to. I love a good coffee date!

If you choose to sell to others, or build and lead your own team, you will be recognised and celebrated. As a hobby demonstrator, you will also have the chance to enter to win one of our fun team group giveaways just for participating.

If something tricky crops up, I’ll help you work things out! Sometimes when changes get announced you may have some initial questions or concerns. I am a well respected global leader and have a great relationship with Stampin’ Up! staff and other demonstrators. Things I pride myself on include being positive, working towards solutions, acting with integrity and professionalism and supporting demonstrators globally. Being in the leadership groups helps me build resources and relationships which the whole team benefits from.

Creative Inspiration and Sharing

You will be inspired and have the opportunity to inspire us! We love to create together and have a a year round weekly blog hop, and a Christmas weekly blog hop in the second half of the year. All team members are welcome to participate to share their creations. Regular sharing also happens in our team Facebook group.

I love to create and inspire too. Prior to joining Stampin’ Up! I was a published scrapbooker (Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Creations and Scrapbooking Memories) and now also love to make cards and play with inky techniques. All of my direct team members will receive access to my monthly PDF class tutorials, my free customer PDF class and/or videos and anything else I create for customers FREE of charge. You also get access to my private tutorial library where there are hundreds of technique, fun fold tutorials  and other  and ideas. I also create regular videos.

Opportunities to Give Back

Our team has a really strong desire to give back to others, both through individual team member activities, and through a combined group effort. In 2023 we had a goods drive to collect warm clothing and  and basic necessities for children and  families in need through a local charity Big Group Hug. In addition we raised over $1000 for Big Group Hug to purchase equipment for families. Many individual team members are also working on their own giving back products.

We have also collected cards to raise funds for the SES on Mothers Day, and also to be included in packs created by Share the Dignity charity.

Incentive Trip achievers being recognised at OnStage in Melbourne. 348 demonstrators globally achieved the trip, but this shows the Australian and New Zealand achievers and that’s me 7th from the right.  I am required to tell you that less than 1% of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators achieve the Incentive Trip Annually.
